Sybil is a wonderful story, if not one of the most disturbing ones as well. Even after suffering unspeakable abuse as a child, she managed to pull through her experience with Dissociative Identity Disorder (Multiple Personality Disorder) after eleven years of treatment. I highly recommend this movie/book to anybody interested in psychology and effects on people who have disorders such as Sybil Dorsett (Shirley Mason).
